Invoice creation couldn't be simpler with the real-time invoicing in DELIVER-EASE. Use one of the nine pre-defined invoice templates to meet your customers' needs or let us create a customized invoice specific to your needs. DELIVER-EASE provides numerous professional looking invoices printed on plain paper stock thus preventing you from having to spend large sums of money on custom printed forms. These invoices can even include your own logo. Invoices can be created for a specific client, a batch of clients, all clients with unbilled deliveries, and even clients belonging to a specific billing group.
When it comes to receivables, DELIVER-EASE automatically applies payments on a dual level. It applies payments towards invoices, as well as, individual deliveries that make up those invoices. Entering payments couldn't be easier. Whenever a payment is entered, all invoices that are not completely paid in full will be displayed. simply click on the invoice or invoices you wish to apply the payment towards and DELIVER-EASE will automatically apply the correct amount. It even handles overpayments and under payments.
